Born and raised in Oklahoma, growing up with sisters, having a family full of beauticians and entrepreneurs, LaRhonda Fields learned at an early age what she wanted to do. In 1996, she apprenticed under Keith Burton at Kuttin Up Barber and Salon. After eight years, she decided to take a leap of faith and open Royal Design in 2003. For over 26 years, she has services numerous clients, been featured in magazines, and trained under many amazing stylists. Her favor service to offer is hair cutting, it's the main ingredient to a beautiful style. Her goal is to not just share her skill, but her deep desire is to always encourage every client she touches. With a gift to share, she took her career to another level by becoming a master barber instructor in 2020 at JB's Barber College. Her goal is to continue to grow, sharpen her skills, and give everyone she meets the style or tools to bring out the majesty in them!
